Basic Function: Responsible for assisting the branch manager in total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures. Operations Management :
Maintain branch security, opening and closing of branch.

Blending Warehouse Associate

Basic Function: Direct involvement in the manufacturing and packaging of grass seed mixtures and order preparation with a focus on both efficiency and quality. Attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards are all necessary for success in this position.
Essential Functions:
Operate Blenders: Use various blenders and equipment as part of the production line process. Follow operational procedures to ensure the safe and effective use of all assigned machinery.
Assembly and Production: Perform tasks related to assembling, fabricating, and processing components or finished products. Follow standardized processes to maintain consistency and quality.
Quality Control: Inspect raw goods and finished products for defects, flaws, and inconsistencies during the production process. Identify and address issues promptly to maintain product quality standards. Make sure all material in the warehouse is properly stored and covered when necessary. Ensure all goods are properly intact and in sellable condition.
Packaging and Labeling: Properly package finished products according to established guidelines. Ensure accurate labeling, proper sealing, and appropriate documentation for shipment if applicable.
Material Handling: Move and handle raw materials (both manually and with pallet jack/forklift), components, and finished products within the production area. Follow proper handling procedures to prevent damage or contamination.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the production area clean and organized, following good manufacturing practices (GMP) and safety guidelines. Regularly clean machinery and workspaces to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment. Making sure all material is put away in its proper location as well as making sure the warehouse is clean and clear of debris and trash.
Inventory Management: Keep track of necessary materials needed for production by working closely with supervisors. Make sure inventory is being properly accounted for when loading/unloading customers, checking incoming/outgoing freight, and when doing production.
Adherence to Procedures: Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to the production process.
Troubleshooting: Identify and report equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and potential hazards to supervisors. Assist in troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Efficiency Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
Customer Service: Assist with customers when needed with loading/unloading of material.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Maryland Operator’s License.
12 months of experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
Forklift experience preferred.

Basic Function: TBS Athletic Field Service Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the construction and renovation of athletic fields, including natural grass and some synthetic turf surfaces. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and applicable regulations while working in a combination of office, job site and field-based environments.
Essential Functions:
Manage all phases of athletic field construction/ renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout
Oversee site preparation, grading, drainage, irrigation, base construction, and turf installation
Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Manage material procurement and logistics
Communicate project progress with owners and clients

Basic Function:
The Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction materials and pipe projects, supporting sales and operations teams in bidding and securing project sales. The role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of civil sitework specific to drainage systems and erosion & sediment control, as well as the ability to interpret technical plans, specifications, and industry standards.
Job Duties:
Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and scope documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
Conduct material takeoffs and quantity calculations related to corrugated piping products, erosion & sediment control and stormwater BMP products, and general construction supplies.
Collaborate with ECS and Twin Oaks purchasers, also manufacturers and suppliers to obtain current pricing on materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in reading construction blueprints and civil plans. Working knowledge of construction estimating software (e.g., Construct Connect, Plan Hub).
