Location: Raleigh, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $17-18.00/hour
Basic Function:
Perform an array of functions that assist in day-to-day warehouse operations such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
Job Duties:
Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
Accepting delivery of inventory.
Counting and confirming inventory.
Inspecting inventory for damage.
Communicating errors through appropriate channels.
Marking and labeling stock.
Storing inventory in a proper and accessible manner.
Pulling stock, building loads, and wrapping on pallets.
Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment
Assist with Counter Sales as needed
Customer Relations:
Work with other team members and customers to solve specific challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and associates by being friendly and courteous. Provide customer assistance as needed.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in a warehouse environment.
Forklift experience (previous certification beneficial).
