W.S. Connelly welcomes Jeremy Rasband, a seasoned operations and supply chain leader with more than 15 years of experience. Jeremy brings a strong background in product strategy, production, and driving efficiencies across complex organizations. He has led global ERP initiatives, managed large-scale product portfolios, and consistently delivered improvements in revenue, working capital, and operating performance through cross-functional leadership and process optimization.

Jeremy holds both an engineering degree and an MBA, and brings a well-rounded approach across supply chain, operations, finance, and marketing. His experience in supply chain resiliency, risk management, and operational leadership will be a strong addition as we continue to grow and strengthen our platform.
