Job Description
Responsible for providing sales support to the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales-related databases. They play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
Troubleshooting customer issues
Providing data and guidance to the sales team
managing sales tracking tools, and analyzing sales trends
Liaise with account managers, stay updated on product launches, and suggest sales process improvements
Support the sales team and enhance customer relationships
Education and Experience:
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Exceptional organization skills
Excellent listening skills, Self-motivated, with high energy and engaging level of enthusiasm
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Proficiency with Microsoft office
High level of integrity and work ethics
Strong written communication skills
