Job Type: Full Time – Day Shift

 Job Description

Responsible for providing sales support to the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales-related databases. They play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

  • Troubleshooting customer issues

  • Providing data and guidance to the sales team

  • managing sales tracking tools, and analyzing sales trends

  • Liaise with account managers, stay updated on product launches, and suggest sales process improvements

  • Support the sales team and enhance customer relationships

 
Education and Experience:

  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional organization skills

  • Excellent listening skills, Self-motivated, with high energy and engaging level of enthusiasm

  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office

  • High level of integrity and work ethics

  • Strong written communication skills
